Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the FantasyRiser mobile application and website. By downloading, accessing, or using FantasyRiser, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

FantasyRiser grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must be at least 18 years old to register, and users under 18 require parental consent. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account secure. Unauthorized use of another’s account is strictly prohibited.

The app allows you to create virtual teams and participate in tournaments based on real-world football events. All content, including graphics, code, and data, is owned by FantasyRiser or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations, including cheating, abusive behavior, or breaches of these terms. FantasyRiser is provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance. We are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits, arising from your use of the app.

In-app purchases or rewards, if offered, are subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of transaction. Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law.
